Gary Illyes from Google posted on Google+ that their next round of webmaster interviews will take place in Israel.
This is similar to what they announced in October 2014 about watching SEOs as they work but that was based in North Africa and Europe. Now they are asking for Israeli SEOs and Webmasters.
Google's Webmaster Team, the development team of Google Webmaster Tools, is actually based in Israel. So it makes it easy for them to communicate directly with SEOs based in Israel.
