Hangout IconSpotted by Ben Fisher and posted on Google+, Google is now showing Google Hangout boxes for upcoming live hangout events in the search results. I know Google has been testing this but now it seems people are seeing it.

Personally, I am not able to see it, even for the queries Ben listed but Ben snapped some screen shots after he spotted it working both when signed in and out and using incognito mode.

Here is a screen shot for the query [godaddy]:

Google Hangout Box In Search Results

Based on the comments in the Google+ post, it seems some were able to see it an hour or two before the event, some 30 minutes, some during the live event and some were not able to see it at all. This is both for users signed in, following or not following GoDaddy, as well as signed out of Google.

Google is experimenting with how they implement Google+ Hangouts in the search results.
