Google Chrome

As I reported yesterday at Search Engine Land, Google has confirmed they are testing a new start screen on their browser, Chrome, to show search suggestions relevant to your past search history.

Google told Search Engine Land:

People come to Google regularly to get information about complex tasks, whether that’s planning a trip or tackling a home improvement project. These suggestions in Chrome are inspired by past searches and help people continue exploring tasks and activities they’re engaged in more easily on Search. You can dismiss suggestions completely or for a particular task using the menu on the right hand side, or by clearing search history.
