Microsoft Bing and Baidu have formed a partnership. Bing will power Baidu's english based searches.
A Microsoft spokesperson told Search Engine Land:
Baidu and Microsoft have announced that Bing, Microsoft's decision engine, will provide English search results to Baidu users in China.
I do not see any official press release from either Baidu or Microsoft, but this is legit.
With Google pretty much ceasing operations in China, this gives Bing a huge advantage in garnering the english based searches in China.
