FeedBurner Goes Completely Free

feedburner.pngWith Google's acquisition of FeedBurner recently, it came with no surprise that they made their fee-based services now free.

I have been using FeedBurner's paid service since August 2005. I have always been a fan of the feed management service they offer, the ad ons such as feed flare, the pro services and the advanced reports - oh, let's not forget their ad program that helps sustain this site.

Now, if you have a blog and have never signed up with FeedBurner, there is really no excuse. You can use your own domain and even 301 those links, so you get the link popularity.

As I reported at Search Engine Land, they have made TotalStats and MyBrand totally free.

I just hope they are able to continue to offer good support, but I have a feeling that level of service will go out the window.
