Google Webmaster Central Sitemaps Tool Shows a Rollback?

Nov 10, 2006 - 7:39 am 0 by

Folks at WebmasterWorld are reporting that the Google Webmaster Central Sitemaps tool is now showing older data.

One member said when he looked at his last visit date to his home page it was November 7th. He then looked again and it showed November 4th.

He asked if Google.com is doing a rollback?

Tedster believes that Google is not doing a rollback, but it is the Google Webmaster Central Sitemaps tool that is doing the rollback in terms of what it is reporting.
