YPN Not Going International Yet Says Yahoo!

Apr 6, 2007 - 6:47 am 0 by

Again, I am tired of all the fake rumors and speculation that Yahoo!'s contextual product, Yahoo! Publisher Network, is going international. It is not. Do not believe the blogs and forum threads that say so. It is not happening and won't happen until you see a post over at the YPN Blog, this blog or at JenSense.

It doesn't stop the fake rumors from different blogs and then posted at DigitalPoint Forums from popping up every other day.

Yahoo issued a statement for me:

YPN continues to be an invite-only beta program for US publishers. We have been focused on measuring publisher quality and learning more about the types of sites that perform well in our network. Though we are in the process of finalizing requirements and prioritizing markets for global launch plan, we do not have any immediate plans for international roll out

Forum discussion at DigitalPoint Forums.
