I am pretty active on Twitter, so being able to see my statistics/analytics with stuff I share on Twitter can be interesting.
Twitter announced the availability of Organic Tweet Analytics. You can access it at analytics.twitter.com. The reports show tweet impressions, engagement, link clicks, retweets, favorites and replies by day, plus the percentage change from the previous time period.
It also lets you compare each tweet to see which ones have more impressions, engagements and engagement rates. Here is showing the same tweet with and without an image - clearly images make a difference:
