The Google Platforms team, including Richard Hay, went on a ski trip to Lake Tahoe Resort. Richard Hay, who I guess is part of that team snapped a picture of the bear holding the sign.
He wrote on Google+ "I am ready. Google Platforms Ski Trip."
Google often takes their team on retreats, this is one of many of them.
