Adam Hertz, an engineer who once worked at Excite, as well as tons of other companies, posted a picture of some really old swag from an internet portal, Excite. It is an Excite blanket and he said on Twitter, "It just wouldn't be a road trip without the Excite blanket."
Adam Hertz worked at some pretty legendary and historic companies, including Excite, one of the more popular internet portals back in the early days. He also worked at Lotus, NeXT Computer, Technorati, MySpace and many others. He is currently the VP of Engineering at Comcast Silicon Valley.
