The data anomalies page where Google documents the changes to Google Search Console says that last week, due to infrastructure updates with the tool, both the AMP and Rich Cards reports may have different data in the reports.

  • On December 13, 2016, the "Search Console performed an infrastructure update that may cause a change in your data" for the AMP reports.
  • On December 14, 2016, the "Search Console performed an infrastructure update that may cause a change in your data" for Rich Cards reports.

The Search Console infrastructure updates began in early November and should have been done by now, but they continue on.

So if you see weirdness in reports, this is why.
