Google is testing displaying the people also search for feature, which is typically below one of the snippets in the middle of the Google search results page, now on the right hand side of the desktop search results. I have to apologize, someone else shared this with me last week and I cannot find that tweet or mention. But this is indeed a new test of the location where Google would show this feature.

I personally am not able to replicate this but Google is always testing new features and UIs like this.
