Google may be testing showing the Google Partner logo in the web search results when the Google partner URLs show up in the web search results. I personally cannot replicate it but I questioned the individual who spotted this and he said it is showing up on the desktop results for him on the first page in the UK for a search on [digital marketing agency].
Again, I cannot replicate this, but the individual from Vibe Creative said on Twitter that this is legit, not a browser plugin. So maybe Google is testing giving Google Partners more love in the search results with these logos in the search results?
