The folks over at Synup created a Google My Business Guidelines checker tool. Now, this is not a pass or fail tool but it does mark items it thinks are important for you to make sure you meet the Google My Business guidelines.
The tool is not perfect, it misses stuff but it is a nice way to quickly see if something is wrong with your Google maps listing. You can then manually verify if there are issues.
