Google seems to have pushed out a new design for the home services ads. Instead of the linear format, now Google is showing three cards horizontally across the top of the Google home page.

It has changed user interfaces since it launched but now it is using a card format. This is NOT a carousel, but rather just three cards with home service ads above the normal ads.
