Imagine you do a search in Google, get pulled away from it because of more important matters, then come back 5 minutes later to complete the search in Google but Google says you should refresh the results to get the more recent and latest results. That is what Bhumika Kateliya noticed when she searched for [buy mop online] on her Android smart phone.
Google noticed that (a) she stepped away from her search and (b) that there may be more recent search results or maybe ads they want to show for that query since she stepped away.
