
Google's new DMA (Digital Markets Act) booking search widgets now carry a disclaimer to explain that the prices listed in that block are customized "based on factors such as your device type."
It is unclear what other factors are being used outside of "device type," but you'd have to assume the users location, language and other factors.
This seems to be only available in the EU regions where the DMA is enforced. This was spotted by Radu Oncescu who posted this screenshot on X. The disclaimer says:
This price was customised by the booking partner based on factors such as your device type.

What factors do you think go into this pricing and I assume Google is passing along some of this data for the booking partners to send back pricing...
