Yahoo! Publisher Network publishers received an email last night from YPN stating there has been "several updates" to the terms and conditions posted at https://publisher.yahoo.com/legal/tnc.php. And as JenSense reports these changes most likely do not affect most publishers. If you are a sole proprietor, you are not an employee of Yahoo! Search Marketing; if you are an entity, you are not owned by an employee(s) of Yahoo! Search Marketing.
