A recent uploaded Flickr image from HolgerRings captures a man and woman in Lederhosen (not sure if women call it that). In any event, it was taken at the PR 2.0 Forum in Germany.
I do not know if these are Googlers, but if you look closely at the woman, you will see the Google logo printed on the front part of her outfit.
I believe there is more to this at the German blog rings-kommunikation.de.

And now that I have read the german articles. They are marketing representatives for a place in Germany called Oberstaufen. Bianca Keybach is the women wearing the Dirndl. Oberstaufen was the first place in 2010 to be fully mapped by Google Streetview as a result of some decent PR work.
