I tried the link, but didn´t get the new yahoo home page. What´s the problem? Some kind of cookie?

This won't make the new layout to appear. It is just a page for those already granted temporary access to the new layout for the purpose of collecting feedback. Access is granted on a random basis (not by Y! ID) and the access is controlled within a cookie on your computer. This page does not set that cookie.
