Google Messing with New User Interface?

A thread at SEO Chat named New Google Interface links to a blog entry at SearchGrub with a screen shot of a new Google SERPs page.

It looks an awful lot like the interface from two years ago, especially the Adwords on the right. I want to say the top ads used to be different colors as well.
