Google Dinosaur Form

I spotted a picture on Facebook that is actually private, but I got permission to use it from the Googler thanks to Jonathan Dingman. It is a form Googlers fill out when asking for supplies and such.

This form not only asks you to fill out some details about who you are and what you need, but also asked you to "please draw a dinosaur on the package."

So he did.

The Googler wrote:

So ordered stuff from our stores department. Requested a dinosaur drawn on package.

Stores department came through. Not bad Google, not bad.

I don't believe I can link to the source image but I do have permission.
