Google: The Reviews Rich Results Algorithm Still Rolling Out

Danny Sullivan from Google said yesterday that the new algorithm to be more restrictive on when to show reviews rich results in the search results is still rolling out. He said if you see reviews showing up in the snippets that don't comply, they should go away soon.

He wrote on Twitter "The change is still rolling out, so these will probably resolve naturally." "We might create a special form, if needed, later," he added, if it doesn't catch everything.

As we reported yesterday, we already saw a decline in reviews in Google since it started rolling out. It seems like the trend keeps going where Google is showing less reviews today then it did even yesterday. So it does still appear to be rolling out.

If Google comes out with a form to report issues, we will let you know. For now, let's see if the algorithm does what it is suppose to.
