Joy Hawkins posted on Twitter that she saw stars in the location extensions part of a Google AdWords ad. Honestly, I have not seen one of these in years and I personally cannot replicate it, but I do trust her.

Are you able to replicate this? I personally tried tons of variations around this query in multiple browsers without luck.
Of course, whenever there are stars in the search results, they do stand out more.
