Bing TrollHistorically, WebmasterWorld has had the privilege of having official representatives from the search companies over the years. It started with GoogleGuy, then with several Yahoo representatives and even Ask Jeeves representatives. Microsoft had their own rep back when it was MSN named MSNDude but now Microsoft returned with BingDude.

BingDude is a former in-house SEO turned search representative. As BingDude explained in one of his recent thread postings at WebmasterWorld:

As an FYI, I was an inhouse SEO for over a decade before taking this role with Bing Webmaster, so the pains you guys feel, I understand first hand.

BingDude has been active this week, posting in six different Bing threads at WebmasterWorld forums.

That being said, there are several Bing representatives at the Bing Webmaster Forums answering questions for those who have issues with their sites in Bing Search.

Oh, if you want more information about the Bing Troll see this Bing Help thread.
