The Google AdWords Blog announced that a Google AdWords Editor for Mac is now available for download over here.
Prior, a WebmasterWorld thread had the PC version working on an Intel Mac with Crossover for Mac (http://www.codeweavers.com/products/cxmac/).
That is now no longer required.
