New: Google AdWords Callout Extensions

Google AdWords Callout Extensions IconGoogle announced a new AdWords extension named callout extensions.

Callout extensions let you add additional text that shows with your Google search ads, highlighting specific information about your products and services. You can add anything, within their guidelines, to your ads, to boost and supplement your ad within the search results.

Here is a sample of what it may look like in the search results:

These callout extensions can be managed on the Ad extensions tab where you can manage, schedule, and report on your callouts. Here is the editor for this extension:

There is a limit of 25 characters each and up to four can show with your ad.

This feature is rolling out today, with full availability to all advertisers in the next few weeks.
