Google's Matt Cutts shared the philosophy Google uses when manually removing spam pages. Google shared an interactive infographic on how search works and I made a search engine to collect spam pages Google manually removes. I posted the March 2013 Google Webmaster report this week. Google recommends using pushState over hashbang when it comes to implementing AJAX navigation. Google's publisher quality enforcer posted a new document on how to handle user generated content. Google Images adds more distraction with "try these too" images. Google tests a new box like navigation button. Google+ has huge profile cover photos now. Facebook is launching a redesigned news feed. Try searching for do the harlem shake on YouTube, it is fun. Google had a logo for Miriam Makeba's birthday and today a logo for International's Women Day. That was this past week at the Search Engine Roundtable.
