Threadwatch Returns After Five Years

ThreadwatchAfter closing down over five years ago, with only being in operation for less than a few years and being managed by two different owners - Jim Boykin decided to bring it back to life.

Jim and his company, Internet Marketing Ninjas, is on a roll buying up or being "gifted" search marketing properties this year. The acquisitions include Cre8asite Forums and WebmasterWorld - plus acquiring a lot of respected names in the community.

Now, he decided to use his resources not only on those properties but also on Threadwatch.

Threadwatch is different in that it always took a cynical look at the industry and giving people the hard truth in replies. Will that personality live on now or will it switch personalities going forward? I am not sure. You can read the blog post announcing this news. They did enlist a ton of respected names to moderate the site, including myself (not sure how much time I will have on a daily basis to do it but I may try).

Here is the first new post, which is more informational than witty.
