Aya A posted on her Google+ profile page a picture of toes designed with Android characters. The nail polish design has a green base toe nail color with red background and white outline of Android.
You have to be seriously devoted to Android to do that. Although I believe these are not permanent like a tatto or anything. :)

The way Android has been promoted/marketed by Google or Googlers, don't think any other mobile OS brand is even thinking about it.
