Poll: Did You Get Fired Or Lose Your Job Because Of Google Panda?

Oct 3, 2011 - 9:15 am 10 by

Google PandaA Google Webmaster Help thread asks how many people have lost their jobs due to the Google Panda algorithm change.

As you know by now, Panda 2.5 hit last week and sites that may have recovered may have just lost all that recovery. Many companies rely on Google organic traffic, if they do not have that traffic, either the company goes under or they cut costs (aka, employees).

One site owner said they laid off 15 people, including 3 administration staff members and 1 editor, 9 writers and 2 artists.

The question below is, were you laid off because of this update? Laid off can also mean you had to close down your business.
