A Reddit thread has one person who spotted that if you search for [**] in Google, Google will primarily show you local web site.
I tried it myself and it looks legit, at least from the google.com web site:
I did email Google about this but it is too early for them to response. When they do, I'll likely post more below and a story on Search Engine Land.
