Google India

Today is India's Independence Day and Google has a very nice logo on Google.in for it. The interesting part is not the logo, Doodle, but rather Google is asking searchers to vote on "what is your favorite part of Independence day?" There are only 93,000 votes, which is very surprising to me but here are the votes currently:

  • Prime Minister's speech : 29%
  • Red Fort celebration : 21%
  • Cultural programs in schools : 21%
  • Kite flying : 10%
  • Decorated monuments : 20%
