One searcher is complaining about a weird bug where the Google siderbar filter options is overlaying on top of the search results. Thus making the search results at the top hard to see and click on.
The post came in the Google Web Search Help forums and it really seems to be only affecting this individual. But I am curious if anyone else has ever experienced this.
Here is a picture:
He said, "We don't have any toolbars installed with IE9 and have tried Firefox in safe mode." He also has a fresh install of Windows 7, but he is running it through "two squid proxies, a local one and a upstream" at his school. So that might be the issue.
In any event, have you ever seen this?

I'm so glad I didn't know what squid proxies were when I was at school.

This same problem happens on my Google sidebar too. Glad to know I'm not alone!
