6 New Data Types Now Supported By Google's Data Highlighter Rich Snippet Tool

Google Data HighlighterThe Google Data Highlighter tool, which initially launched in December with support for just marking up pages that had event data, now has quietly added six more data support types.

+Kenichi Suzuki notified me of this change after spotting the additional data types listed on the data highlighter help page.

Like I said, previous, the data highlighter rich snippet tool only supported event data. Now, Google has added Articles, Local Businesses, Movies, Products, Software Applications and TV Episodes to the list.
