Bing announced they have added Quora content to the Bing Social Bar.
Quora is a question and answer web site organized by users across the web - it is a social answers site.
Here is a picture of the implementation:

Quora explained that privacy controls are controlled with this. They said content on Bing works with the general search engine privacy setting on Quora, so if you prefer not to share off of Quora to search engines, that is always an option on your Quora settings page at www.quora.com/settings.
So now, Bing has the following providers on their social bar; Facebook, foursquare, Twitter, LinkedIn and Quora.
Folks at WebmasterWorld are feeling like Bing is giving up on search. One person said, "again they can't provide relevant answers through their search algorithm?" "Seems like Bing is giving up on search," he added. But really?

"again they can't provide relevant answers through their search algorithm? Seems like Bing is giving up on search,". I agree. It also looks like enemy's enemies are friends. Microsoft, Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn and Qurora combined declared a war against Google. But Bing can't beat Google in search Industry in near future for sure.

"Bing is giving up on search" - Wow they really can't buy any kind of credit for experimenting like they are.

Yeah Bing can't beat Google, but it is surely adding value to its search engine. I am fan of quora and happy to see it on Bing social bar.
