A WebmasterWorld thread points out that Google Korea is showing "Related Searches" and "Hot Topics" on the right side of the page. The right side of the page is normally reserved for Google AdWords ads.
Now, I am not sure if this is new behavior from Google Korea, the Asian Google properties normally act different than the other properties. But the thread suggests this is a rip off of Bing.

Again, I don't know (or think) this is new but it is interesting, nevertheless.
