Yahoo Search Review Form Same As Trash Bin?

Yahoo Search seems like it is dead in the water, at least if you use the forums to track what is living and breathing. The most recent news that Yahoo Search seems dead is that the Yahoo Search URL review form seems to have no one on the other side. You know, like those suggestion boxes that lead to a garbages on the other end.

One SEO recently gave the form a try and posted his distaste for the response in a WebmasterWorld thread. He basically said he received an automated message back that was of no use. His site was banned, Yahoo says to use the form to send the reinclusion request to them and then they don't have anyone look at it?

Martinibuster explained, "where managers have to justify how budgets are spent, it's unreasonable for a company to pay for personalized customer service for people who are not customers and do not contribute to the profitability of the company in any way." He added, "This doesn't mean you and your problem aren't important. It means you are not a customer and are not entitled to customer support."

Now this is all based on the assumption that others who have recently used this form are getting the same response, or lack there of. It might be that in this case, the SEO is just disgruntled or maybe not?
