Search Engine Strategies New York is next week but I have sad news for some of you, we won't be covering the conference. We have "live blogged" SES conferences since 2003, including the past five years of SES NY, with SES NY '04, SES NY '05, SES NY '06, SES NY '07, and SES NY '08. But this year, I won't be here, the New York Israeli Consulate invited me on a Blogger Delegation to Israel and I can't pass up this opportunity.

But don't worry, there have been several blogs that also started covering these conferences. Bruce Clay posted their live blogging schedule of SES New York and I would expect to see coverage from Lisa Barone at OutSpokenMedia.com.

I am sorry for not being able to do the coverage this year, but I hope to continue the live blogging of search conferences going forward.

If you will be at SES NY, you 100% want to support the IM Charity Party, it is a great cause. Even if you are not going, you can donate some money to the charity.

What happened to Tamara? Didn't she cover the SES conferences recently? Is she no longer blogging for you? Gratz on "blogger delegation" trip. It sounds like a great opportunity.

Well I am surely going to miss your coverage. I've caught other peoples recaps, but for some reason I have always enjoyed SER's more.
