Did Yahoo Fix the Publisher Reports?

Aug 1, 2008 - 8:04 am 0 by

For the past few days, we have been covering reporting issues with Yahoo Publisher Network, which showed publishers earnings were about half of what they should be. Yesterday, I reported that Yahoo confirmed the issue as an error and said they fixed it. But did they really?

Three publishers posted after YahooPete's post, where Yahoo said it was fixed. These publishers are not convinced. Here are two posts from publishers:

It shows my pending balance as much larger than my daily reports total for July. Quite possibly the daily reductions are still appearing in the "pending balance" but deducted from the reporting.

Same here. Pending balance is larger than total of daily reports. Must be total of the numbers I see in the evenings vs. the total of the numbers I see in the morning for the previous day.

YahooPete, this isn't just a glitch from the 24th. It was happening before then and it's been happening since then, too.

Maybe it just needs more time or maybe there is a larger issue at hand?
