A DigitalPoint Forums thread is discussing the impact on Google AdSense publishers who are not based in the US but get paid in US dollars.
As we know, the US Dollar is near all time lows, when compared to many other currencies. Those converting the income into EURO have noticed a decrease in earnings due to the currency valuation change.
While technically, they are getting paid what they earned, the prices of their everyday consumption doesn't change directly with the currency changes. Some publishers are offering advice on what to do, but really, there is not much one can do to squeeze out more money from that dollar at this point.
Yahoo Finance has a nice currency page that shows some of the recent changes with the US dollar compared with other worldwide currencies.

Ironic when precisely because the pound is strong agaisnt the dollar, US companies tend to charge us more. So a $30 item might be £25, instead of the exhcnage rate value of around £15.
Yet when it's the other way round, the exchange rate is stuck to exactly!
What a surprise...
