A WebmasterWorld thread has reports that one person outside of the group of individuals at Yahoo!'s "Influencer Day" received an upgrade to the new Yahoo! Search Marketing (aka Panama) release.

I've got mine now too, seems a lot easier to use already.

So the feedback, with one additional outside user, is so far positive.
