Update on YPN Services: Phone Support

I received an automated email about some feature enhancements to the Yahoo! Publisher Network and it contained a phone number. So I gave them a call to report an issue with an ad not displaying on this archive page. They answered the phone, took the time to review the site, the code and the page it was on. They reviewed everything and determined it was not on my side (I knew that already). They said they will look into it and it looks like they did, since it works. I have posted an manual ad below to see if there are issues with this one as well. But phone support! AdSense would never. It is YPN's goal to keep the phone support, they want to be competitive by providing a high level of human interaction with this new product. Great work Yahoo!
