What is really interesting, is that at the same time, Orion posted a theoretical thread named Fractal Spam, which discusses a pattern he has seen from the top N results. Also, pretty much at the same time, an other thread named Meta Search Legal Question was started. So we have all these topics about scrapping Google, ad free results, ranking your site higher through search results and meta search engines - the legality of it.
